There's so many of them popping up everyday... Business models based on free can work, I guess that based on cheap can work even better, so if there are good intentions behind them, they can. However, i also believe that there's a bunch of ever-auto-recycling scammers in the industry too. Anyway, it's not just for me, but everyone here. I have to LOL at reviews of members with less than a hundred posts and little or no rep, and anyway, in very little time. And some get banned BTW. So, any reliable reviews from reliable members about reliable, yet cheap, hosts?
Look at hosting companies that have been around for more than a year and aren't reporting losses. That will answer your question.
