Genius technique if it is in fact true. Just blogged about this since this looks like its the beginning stages of HUGE news.

Worries me since my revenue is down, yet I DON'T have copy pasted content (or do I? Arcade game pack? but that's only one site...). Going to go ahead and compare detailed stats and website updates to get to the bottom of this.

ُEdit: All sites of mine are displaying AdSense.

As many of you have noticed, AdSense ads started appearing as blank spaces last weekend for some sites. Many sites have not been affected and continue to show AdSense without issue. Google’s response is that they have started to stop serving ads on selected sites where content is largely the same as other sites in their AdSense network. This is not just an issue that has affected WhyPark, but also other networks and individual sites. We haven’t been able to determine what makes them pick one site over another.
    Code (markup):
I think WhyPark is lying or mistaken, on my site I see the Google ads but now and then it disappears - there are countless sites in the same niche providing the same data/content but that doesn't mean any of them are not adsense applicable.

Google would never do that, their entire business relies on more sites being available for advertisers to advertise on, they're not going to selectively pick out 3-4 sites in each niche and limit the others. Plus Google would probably contact us and tell us "sorry but you're site/account is no longer allowed to be part of adsense" - until I get that message from Adsense, I don't think that's a valid explanation.

Perhaps I should have included the next two paragraphs of the email WhyPark sent, as they may shed more light. As incideous as it sounds, perhaps there is an ulterior motive?

hmm I see, looks like things are really starting to grow - it may actually be affecting more people then I previously assumed. The message board on Adsense is booming with new posts about this, but again since the Adsense forum is not managed by Google or possibly not even looked at - there's still not been any confirmation or even any news on what's going on - just broken ads.

I'm happy to say that Google has slightly fixed the problem as of yesterday, and I finally received contact from the Adsense team - who have confirmed my suspicions. I'm still waiting for the tech staff, who said they would get back to me on it. I'll provide more info when they provide me with it. But it looks like a real screw-up on their part.

Yeah, it's obvious they are having some technical problems with servers or something. My earnings have dropped quite a bit but they are picking back up now so I am hoping the invisible issue is now fixed. However, it's hard to tell when Google just pretends it never happened in the first place. Ah well...what can ya do?

well it's not entirely fixed, there's still a lot of problems.

I think during the process that they were down I was somehow smartpriced, because my earnings are much less now even with the impressions (10k) ..arghh. Oh well..at least its working.

I have this problem since the begining of december. Finally, 2 days ago, I gave up on adsense. At least for a period.
It was very frustrating. My trafic was the same or even higher, clicks were the same, only that earnings dropped to as low as 10%-20%.

    There`s a big conspiration here.
Every day I get allmost 0.10$ per click.
    So the day starts . I get 1 click 0.50$ , I get another click 0.60$.
But when the day ends I get anytime 2$ - 20 clicks and so on.
I bet they have a formula that doesn`t allow us to step over the 0.10$ (in my case) limit.
This started since december and it can`t be a concidence.
    Imagine getting every day 30 clicks - 3$ . 25 clicks - 2.5$
We should do something about it.

I don't think it goes all the way back to December, this seems to be fairly new at least in this case.

Well it might have to do with those servers, but honestly i dint´t notice any real difference on the income per day on the last 4weeks.
