You can try 'Link Sales' section of DP. As such, I'm not aware of any site similar to tnx

They're also helpful to some extent and also kinda cheap.

 

I guess maybe investing in a PR0 site that has a lot of potential is where the ROI is good ?

 

One of my sites is PR0 yet it has a number of PR7 authority backlinks and pretty much dicks all over everyone at SERPs. This is because visual PR has not updated yet. If i was to start selling backlinks on tnx or another website they will go for pennies simply because the whole system is based on PR.
