    We always had CPU usage restrictions even when we did not offer Unlimited space and bandwidth. Also we don't suspend your website if you use more usage than you are suppose to. We work with you to figure out the problem and help you lower the load. No shared host allows backups.

    How are you trying to access FTP? What do you enter as a host name your domain? You just registered and your domain has not propagated yet and if you are using the domain it will not work. Try the IP address.

    Non-oversellers do. For example, I currently have an account with a hosting which expressly allowed me to use my part of their server for what I considered it to be OK, as long as it is legal in the US.

    In this case, backups of my VPSs.

    I just went through the TOS and found this.
    Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds
    How about an Arcade site ? is there any possibility of Arcade website that can take 25% of system resource.

    Also do you offer any VPS hosting for cheap ? Is VPS hosting the best option for Arcade website hosting ?

    Please make me more flexible.
