    From Prilep: @Kosta - We have 24/7 support, but we cannot reply to tickets within minutes. Today we where really busy and 2 hours for a reply is really good, compared to other hosting companies.
    I told one of my admins to check your ticket and you should get a reply soon. Thank you for understanding
