    I just checked it (dunkin donuts offer) and it requires 3 more pages after email submit. One don't get commission until fulfill all the 4 pages. Is'nt it?

    No you get paid when a user enters their email address. The user does not need to fill in the other pages as we class a lead as an email address. You should have got a lead added to your account if you entered your email address. All stats are real-time :)
