TM site question

    Hi Guys

    Im looking at minisite.co.uk How can this owner TM minisite ?

    I would have though mini site was a common phrase now in this world! So does this mean if it is TM'ed then any domain such as minisitehosting is in breach of the TM?

    Sorry not sure if in the correct area for posting!!

    I don't see anywhere that suggests that owner has a TM over "minisite."
