Is there any way to cambat a TM lawsuit with no money? I am getting sued for TM infringement but I dont have the funds to hire a lawyer...what can I do?

Legal representation for an infringement defense isn't cheap. If it gets to trial, you are talking about tens of thousands of dollars, more than likely six figures. No attorney is going to represent you without any money. Even if you win your case, you aren't likely going to get awarded anything - even attorney fees.

What can you do? Offer to turn the domain over and stop registering domains with trademarks in them - like the one in your signature.

Depends on your case. If they have a weak case against you, you could probably put in the time and effort to win on your own. A lawyer no matter how good they are can't make a bad case good, but they can help you win cases that are close or where there is an argument on both side. However if its borderline or you are in the wrong, chances aren't good without a lawyer.
