i wonder why google is playing with my page rank as you can see my tech blog(http://www.techtreak.com) started in 2006, i got page rank 3 later on it went pr 2 and again pr 3 at last pr 2 now my damn page rank is zero!

many said using TLA will make google slap you but some say there is nothing to do with! So i just wanted to use TLA and am using it over the past 2 months and now i came to know time to remove TLA

Well, it seems as a Google Slap for your website...!
Don't participate in selling links if you want to get some greens in the G toolbar ;)

If you must sell links on your website, make them nofollow. Then Google will have no problem with your selling links

Text Link Ads is definitely not a good thing to use. Sure it may get you some more money, but you'll lose your PageRank for it. Not good if you wanted to sell the website. PR sells well.

Any out bound links on your homepage will affect your sites PR.
If you sell links on your site you site PR will go down.
If you need to link to external site from your homepage and want to keep your PR up the use the no follow attribute Rel="nofollow"

That depends up to you whether you want to continue using TLA. The fact is, if you are making good returns from adsense, why bother going for TLA? Did you manage to check your SERP whether they impose any penalty as well?

I have the same bad experience about TLA , same as yourself , best to avoid if you still want little green bar.

    It was quite obvious....

Google has started penalizing websites for selling links around april this year

If you sell links, you should be ready for a stick from the Big G

and Text link Ads are the most easiest way to catch websites selling links for money
