As much as possible, I always try to follow the title in my url. Just for consistency. I don't think it matters much in SEO but you just have to ask yourself why the change?

As long as you have keywords in the url, it doesnt matter. You can have the second version of the title/url thingie you have mentioned and it will be fine as normal.

First decide for which keyword you want to optimize your page. And make this keyword both your title as well as you page URL.

In my opinion it is the best possible solution but try to avoid the stopping words so that the actual URLs symmetry should maintained.

Your title, header (blog post), and URL should all be for the keyword you are trying to rank for. Else... GOOD LUCK

Forget about the URL. Domains have nothing to do with ranking. Title tag is much more important.

There is no problem if you are taking your Title same as your keyword.I think it will take lase time to rank in Google.you can choose any Title just remember one thing that Title should be user friendly and as well as Google friendly.
