When using the <a href="document.html" title="name"> tag is it better to vary the title text (eg using "burger bar" and "beef burger bar" when pointing at the same page but on different occasions/pages) to try to capture a number of key terms or just stick to one in the hope that you can optimize really well for that one term?
It's a good idea to try and use other search phrases within the title tag within an <a href> tag. I wouldn't go crazy and spam, but I've seen instances where this helps. Every little bit helps.
The title attribute is not used by google/yahoo/msn (as far as my testing shows). Use it to give your visitors more useful information about the link.
