    I dont have clue about you said. How can be Brackets can be Keywords ?
    I think Brackets is not a word so it's fair to use for your title tag.

    Well, Title tag is one of the most important thing in terms of SEO and google allow you limited correcter to write so try to use maximum advantage, use your keywords instead of brackets & personally I didn't see any site using brackets in title tag & I don't think there is any kind of keywords stuffing or google banned you.

    Brackets can be used only if necessary otherwise try to avoid them in Title tags.

    Do not use the title attribute, on any element, for any text that you want all users to ... For example (use square brackets instead of angle brackets)....thanQ :)

    I think a Meta title should be unique and attractive as well as try to keep 55 to 60 character without use of brackets because it will helps your sites to improve traffic and ranking. thanks.
