    Do you mean on the same page? If so, then yes you can use the same text in <title> and <h1>

    I don't see any problem in using the title in header1 on a page, but usually, titles are long, and can cover more keywords, You can make several small headings and use them in your page. So i think its a good idea if you break and use the keywords on the page. Avoid using exactly the same text as in the title in your page heading, especially if its your home page.

    i try to use something along the lines of
    Title = Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | keyword 3
    Header 1 (H1) = A heading about keyword 1
    Header 2 (H2) = A heading about keyword 2
    Header 3 (H3) = A heading about keyword 3

    As quoted by just-4-teens, title is combination of your important keywords on a page, whereas h1 highlights one specific keyword. I would suggest create separate pages for each keyword and optimize each page for that keyword. Don't try to optimize a single page for all keywords, it will get you no where!

    Hi amazoncom,

    It is ok if your page has only one topic and <H1> looks exactly like <Title>. However, my advise is to break it down further to help the search engines to better allocate content relevancy to your page.

    Title is like a generic title of a book and headers are like the chapters. Therefore, it is recommended to breakdown the title and allocate relevant headers like:

    <title>SEO Black Hat Techniques</title>

    <h1>Keywords Stuffing</h1>
    ...
      <h2>Stuffing keywords in META tags</h2>
      ..
      <h2>Stuff keywords in hidden containers</h2>
      ..

    Code (markup):
