Title Tag On Internal Text Links?

    I know its a must to have an alt tag for images but is it good practice to have every link in your navigation menus have a title tag?

    Doesnt Makes a difference..

    Value is for the Hyperlink only, these are the decorating factors, perhaps for the visitors..

    It does not help in anyways as far as SERPS are concerned, hence not a compulsion at all..Worry just about the hyperlink..
