Title tag issues in google search engine page

    Bing always displays the title that you specify, while Google merely takes your title as a suggestion. It increasingly makes its own decisions regarding what to display as the page title and description

    Hi,
    one thing you must be kept in your mind that Google and the other search engines reserve the right to change your title and description to whatever they feel suits the user's search.

    @PhilipSEO is right bing will consider your title tag but Google only display what to list on search engine which they feel most suitable one for users incase if you're title tag is well optimized sure you can see them in result if not they will be over writing it
