Title tag in not updating in google search results, WHY?

I have a website, I have done with all the on-page changes. My website gets crawled but when I look for indexing results using site operators site:mywebsitename.com it is not showing updated title tag but the meta description is getting updated for the home page and few inner pages, but the rest of the website pages are doing well.

I waited over a month but still I am encountering with the same problem. Is there someone who can guide me in this?

Your new title tag probably sucks. Google released several updates to their algorithm for title tags. They will show a different title tag if the algorithm thinks that the current one sucks. Without seeing it, can't really give more specific advice aside from:

    1. Read some SEO basics guides (in particular about how to write title tags).
    2. Keep to 70 characters.
    3. Write it for humans. Do not stuff it with keywords for bots.

My current title tag is Enterprise Email Marketing Software | Email Campaign Software 2013 and I think this one follows Google Guidelines.

I would make only a small change (I assume this is for the home page/landing page for the software). States the brand and what it's for. Good for humans.

Hey try using Google XML Sitemap for Videos wordpress plugin - it makes google index your website within 5-10 minutes after pinging with that plug-in (just insert any video into the page you are pinging, and then remove it) (srs)

Google would usually take a long time to update a website title after it has been changed and your website will suffer penalization in ranking that is not short.
