Title tag for each post(page) in blogger??

    I had read that Google ranks each page individually,not the site in its entirety.I have a blogger blogspot.How can i have a title tag for each post(page) in blogger?Is that possible?If yes then how?:confused:

    I personaly use word press but have you tried the blogger help section-"Customise site layouts" may find the answer in there.
