Title Tag Checker

    I am a newbie here at Digital Forums, but I have this problem, and, I just want to share it with you guys.

    The issue about the "Duplicate Title Tags", does it have an effect on the site that you apply SEO, but it is not a wordpress themed site, its just, the ranking is not the same everyday. The ranking goes high then low.

    What is the best Title Tag checker, aside from Google Webmaster Tool?

    I have also checked Website Health Check of SEO Book but I reall dont get how to use it.

    xenu is a great free tool, checks links, titles, etc.
