All of the above. Compose a decent article and give it a strong title and good description. And to add to this, get it some backlinks too, preferably with the correct link text and from a decent source.

If by Description you mean Meta Description, then Google don't use it for ranking purposes so Title and Content. Meta Description will improve your clickthrough rate though from the serps.

I think all are important. most Important from above three is content. every body knows "content is King" so content is most important part of your site.

I feel the order would be:

    • Title
    • Inbound Link's Anchor Text
    • Content
    • Description

For me, the title and the content have more value since search engines doesn't give that much importance in meta description.

If you're talking about META, why does it matter which is more important? In my opinion just use them all.. If you're speaking of anchor text, then this is always a fun option..

    Content all the way

If you have a good ( unique ) content, then you can optimize your titles, descriptions and / or keywords for respective content.
