Title for each page?

When entering a title (in SEO plugin) for my articles on my blog, should the title be the same as the title of my article? or should i put a more keyword friendly title in there? For example, one of my articles is title "A World Full of Hercules, Fatmans, and..."

The article is about different body types (ectomorph, etc.) So would it be better to put the SEO title as "Body Types" or use the same title as the article?

Keyword stuffing in meta title & description is frowned upon by search engines, you'll also get less organic traffic from that method. Your title should be the what it is, a title. Make sure the title describes your article, not just a stuffing of keywords.
