Title and H1 identical?

    Hello everyone,

I always presumed that if I wanted to rank high for a phrase then it would work best if I had the complete phrase in the title and h1 exactly the same.

Say I want to rank high for 'cheap fur coats' would it work successfully if I had 'Cheap Fur Coats' as the title and 'Cheap Fur Coats' as the h1?

Also is having the title and h1 using 100% keywords, is that a good idea?

    Thanks for your help.

This comes under OnPage SEO.You can use same keywords in titles, meta text, image alts etc.
    Then do link building.

Place your keywords as early as possible in the page title and H1, but both these elements should also make sense to a human to encourage visitors to hang around and not be put off by a page clearly over-saturated with keyword.
