Tired of people moaning about Google Panda?

Google gets a lot of flak about the way they keep updating their algorithms and that Google Panda is bad, but the truth is that it is a way of giving people good clean results for their searches and maintaining the ultra-fast speed that they have.I work on SEO for my wife`s website and I have no problems with the dreaded Panda at all. It gets a bit monotonous when you keep hearing people moan about it. If you have a site that is relevant to the keywords that you want to promote and you are willing to do some proper grafting with your SEO then you will succeed.Isnt it a good thing that article spinners and spammers no longer have an easy route to the top of the search engines?

But you are assuming there are no innocent victims that have been affected. Not to be rude, but if you only work on one website, it's doubtful you would know the full extent of panda.

Put yourself in someone else's shoes. Imagine they were getting a few thousand visitors from google per day and were playing by the rules, then over night their traffic was reduced to only one third of what they were getting.

If that happened to you, I am sure you would be bitching and moaning too.

People who are doing article spinning and spamming are still getting good ranks While innocent webmasters have no clue as to what he has to do next to satisfy google.

    Sad story !

I think there are 2 sides to the story. I accept that some webmasters have been affected and will have to rethink their strategy, and that some spinners and bloggers are still doing ok.I, personally, think that Google is doing the only thing it can do to keep their no1 position - by cleaning up the searches and giving relevancy to the desired keywords for people to find what they are looking for.I have no disrespect for struggling webmasters - SEO is a complicated game and the challenge is very demanding, but what I am saying is that its not all Googles fault.

I actually haven't come across people complaining about Panda for a while now -- seems to me that most people have just accepted it and are starting again from scratch. The real game now is making sure that their new sites are stronger and more stable (i.e. Panda-proof). Though it is a tragedy that there were people who genuinely put in a lot of effort into their original site(s) only to have it wiped out.
