Looking for someone to complete the trifecta!

We have an experienced programmer, and marketer currently handling projects, with design work currently being outsourced. We would like to bring an experienced designer on board to handle graphics needs more 'in house.'

We are all working on a revenue share basis, you must be ok with that.
