    This keyword is taken in a lot of extensions but I think it fit well with .buzz(ed) being that it has the same meaning.

    If Undeveloped, then Development Idea for the domain: Make a forum for tips & tricks in different category area.
    If Developed, then further advice and ideas and/or enhancement techniques:Same as I said, make a forum.
    Sale Advice: Sell it after you develop and make the forum active with over 10,000 members at least.
    Optimization Advice (if possible): Make the forum SEO friendly, preferable vBulletin or another paid forum so you can update the forum.
    Any other Advice/Tips: Don't hire people with bad english grammar spelling, try fiverr or another site where you can get people to talk on your forum.
