    The domain name is 3 years old, well-indexed by Google. It has a PR4 and and Alexa ranking of 676,273. There are currently 191 articles on the site, all dealing with Linux tips and tricks. Many sites already have a link toward this domain name, so developing it further could get you a decent buck in about three months.
    The price I’m asking for tips4linux.com is SOLD! which I find very cheap given it’s age and page rank. Payment via PayPal, first come, first served. When I confirm the payment, I’ll send you the Wordpress administrator password, FTP password and hand over the domain name.
