    I am new to webdesign and was wondering if anyone could help me with linking. My site has a PR of 1 and I'm tring to get it up to a 3 by the end of the year. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    If you are after a PR, you need to focus on SEO..
    Gain quality backlinks, as it is one of the basis of PR
