High Bounce rate may ban your account. Whether the traffic come from google adwords or adf.ly or any bot etc.

As well keep away from those website where you will get 10000 visitors with no clicks and high bounce rate. As well away from china traffic.

Beside disobeying their known TOS, there are some other things which make your account to be banned. These things are multiple domains with same content (duplicate content), links to spamy/adult websites, integration of third party plugins on your website or blog (sometimes, these plugins contain hidden external links and cause your account to be banned), referral and paid traffic and paid backlinks. Follow AdSense TOS and avoid these things also, you will live a happy life with AdSense. Best of luck!!

It's simple, don't break the adsense rules, you agree to them when you sign up to adsense so you of read through them before registering an account.

Be very VERY careful! Don't ever click on your own ads. They falsely accused me of fraud and banned me.

    Hi,

If you have tags in your website with repeated keywords , then better remove the tag cloud part.

It will be considered as a keyword stuffing and it is against Google Webmaster Guidelines.

I think you must follow the adsense policies and no1 can explain better than adsense itself

No offence but that last one is absolute rubbish. Any website should be promoted and linked to as much as possible as long as it is done in a natural way. i.e. Facebook, YouTube, forums, blogs etc.
