If your website has gone in sandbox, then don't do any thing. Just wait, it will take 7-14 days and your site will come back on track. One more thing, if you have done some spam work like alt and title with your on page, just remove all the spam work.

Thanks for sharing, I just want 2 know that my site is less than 2 years old and I have experimented it few times with major changes to increase traffic or something else. But the main thing that concerned me is that my site visitor never goes above 200 unique visitors per day. So, should I consider that my site is under sandbox?

Rewrite all your content , redesign your website completely , and let the Google crawler comes to it automatically, this will surely help your site to come out of the sandbox

Just a piece of advice! Avoid buying backlinks from ANYONE/ANYWHERE. Try to do every SEO on your own. I hope someone warned me before.

I suggest you to delete hosting of your site. Make free the site for six month or one year. After this construct new website with new content.

My website got sandboxed, lost all its traffic all its rankings, I added 1 post a month later, and left it for 2 more months. After that, got all its traffic back, and better, but different rankings.
