    Okay Ive been running my new forum webmasters-network.com but I just changed the theme but to me it looks simple is there a few tips and tricks I can make the forum look better? And Whats a good way to get good working staff?

    I personally suggest you get a custom phpBB style. Activity will only improve if you have active staff and members who are willing to post. Try to host some competitions and advertise your site. I am sure this will help your forum succeed.

    you need at least 30 members before even thinking about making one of them a moderator. at that point yeah, contests work great. make the first one to see who can recruit the most members. hahahahaha
