    Big competition, either offer something very unique, or go for paid links.

    as Kgrad said go for something that not a lot of people are offering be it team events or bounty tournaments. Also with the WSOP running people are looking at other games that people are playing. So by going for Razz, 5-7 stud poker players (if your site can do this) may pull in extra income.

    Good luck with the site, I know how hard getting people to poker sites can be.
