Tips on Marketing a Content Writing Business?

    Hey guys,

    I just signed up. Seems like a great community. I was just wondering if there are any other content writers here?

    I've been working freelance for about a year on Demand Media Studios and for various magazines, but now I want to expand and get my own regular clients.

    Any tips on how to get started will be greatly appreciated.

    Create a website, create a facebook page, reddit yourself, post some nice videos about your services, make a portfolio to your own website. Go to odesk, elance sites and bid there for jobs. In this way you will get some clients. :)
