Tips on marketing a classifieds website

    I'm trying to help my friend market his new UK classifieds website, OzAdz.

    Does anyone have any tips on marketing it?

    work hard on SEO ranking. by the passage of time as many people post their ads your ranking will grow.
    don't link many ads on your site in the beginning . gradually grow it as the traffic grow.

    Try to get links from other local classifieds websites in your area. this will give you a good traffic to kick start.
