Hi, I like to get any tips on how to improve "on-page-optimization" on this site: http://www.dogindex.eu My Prerequisite is: - IIS 6 - ASP.NET v2 - MySQL v4.0.18 check the source, internal linking, titles, description, keywords etc. anything that can improve the SEO of the site. Link building has started with submissions into 5 linkdirectories, including DMOZ. Google Sitemap is used, dynamically ... cya & thx in advance, /PatrikB
I agree with the person at top. Some subtle pictures might be nice. I like the paw prints on the directories.
thx for looking yes, there are some pawprints, but they only shows up in FF ... IE just ignores them ... maybe should make them as regular IMGs and not set them with css. thx again /PatrikB
You don't have the word directory in your meta tag keywords, I would add that. I would add a nice image of a dog (with alt tags), you would then also have the chance of being found by google images too.
yeah, the F1 dog .... are You breeding for KNPV? We have some members that hav X-malinois for KNPV ... controversial in Sweden Maybe we will do an english speaking site of it. I own the domain allaboutdogs.eu too ... so, as You can see, I'm a workingdog freak, but like the german breed Hovawart. cya, /PatrikB
i love my belgians, they aren't a common dog here in the united states, most people dont have the time or patience for a dog with their unlimited energy.. they tend to let them become bored and cause problems. My last litter I had a very out of standard size dog, perhaps 145lbs, he taught himself how to unlock and open the front door... he never left the house just lay in the doorway til i came home... it took me nearly a year and two different owners to find him a home... so I've taken a break from having any more litters. I often thought of starting a good site for them, there are a few around, most dedicated to the K9 side. Im not too into that, I just think they make excellent activity partners.
