    If your main concern is PR then use 3 way back link and one way to your main domain.Maintain low obl for your main website.

    You might consider submitting some articles to a site like http://ezinearticles.com/

    Publishing original material on another site is a great way to build links (and page rank), and establish a repution as an authority in your particular field. You can then leverage the article by submitting it to many different sites.
