    Hello ,

Recently I bought some links from "Link Sales" section for one of my website.

I am looking for tips which I should follow to buy a link . I had recieved offers from some websites with PR3 or 4 but when I used to check them in google to find out the number of links they are having then it shows no results .

I want to know that how a website can get a PR4 with no links . whether its a SPAM .

    please give your opinions

    Thanks

    Gagan

A website can get PR just by using a 301 redirect on another website that does have PR. If it does show 0 links in Google, there is a good chance that this is how they got their PR. The other possible scenario is that they bought some links, but have since removed them. Do as gr8liverpoolfan suggested and check their backlinks via Yahoo.

Maybe it is silly question but what does "301 redirect" mean?

it means "permanently moved" and tells the Google bot that a site was once at a particular url has now moved to another location.

There are other types of redirects but 301 is the best from an SEO perspective.

keep one thing in your mind for sure is that the day google know about your paid links..........they will start spying on your site and if they find that you are using the paid links you will be banned at the same time.........

instead of this you can use google adwords...
