Does anyone have any tips on getting more clicks? i just started putting adsense in my blog 4 days ago and only got one click, cheers
You will have to experiment with colors, placement, etc. There is no "working formula" for getting more clicks, but my advice is to stay with blue color links. 336 banner gets quite a lot of clicks.
The best way is to make your banner the same color of your website. In my case it doubled the clicks on my website.

Or how to advertise ur website u can start a new thread at dp > general marketing section. About adsense clicks u need to put ads top of the page and for good CTR u need good ad blending (ad design + format)
I agree! Most people have trouble getting targeted traffic thus, the chain fails. I suggest keep going at it, to get more traffic.
as asked above, how much traffic you are getting? if you have traffic but no clicks, thats one issue. but if you don;t have any traffic to begin with, then thats what you need to work on

you need traffic (good SEO and quality content - articles), targeted ads (the users will click ads that are relevant to your site, ads from sites that could offer them extra information) and good ad placement (they should be visible).
It takes time but if you get as many links with good anchor text based on sites content. Another good way to make money is to check out affiliate programs select a subject or category such as DVD's or Audio equipment. When add about 4 - 5 affiliate ad's (all the same category) and use the affiliate program description as your content. You can also ad adsense to your page and give it a few months you will make money from both adsense and the affiliate program. I know this works as I now have 8 sites all with different categories.
