Deep links are a real pain in the arse to get, without alot of $$ here are some quick ways to get them; - Article submissions They often allow backlinks in bio's or sig's, use it as an oppertunity to get some deep links! - Press releases Although you don't want to make your release look like a load of SPAM, it won't harm to throw in a link or two. - Directories There are directories that specify that ONLY deep linking is allowed which is quite cool (http://www.deeplylinked.com/ & http://www.deeperlinks.com/). Although quite a few paid directories allow deep links, and a nice and easy way is to submit to the new directories in the Solicitations & Announcements forum as loads of the admins just click accept till the list is clear - Hosted marketing pages Great way to get natural looking inbound links to both your homepage and inner pages, but can be pricey. I was bored, and thought i'd post this little quicky, so if ive missed anything out, let me know
Good tips. With the article submission, I always like to include two links in the bio/author section. Lets say your site was www.dogs.com and the article was on Dog Training Tips, in the bio section I would do something like this : These Dog Training Tips were provided by Dogs.com First link is deeplink to : http://www.dogs.com/dog-training-tips.htm Second link goes to the your main domain. What would also be better is if the article site allows html in the article body, put your link in there wherever you have the keyword you use in the article.
This thread gets my wheels spinning about article sites and deep linking. I appreciate the juice and will likely be back in a couple months with the release of the ideas just now hatching ....
Think link bait also - try to get some deep links via a contest or other promotional effort. Especially if you can get bloggers buzzing about it.
ahkip - do you have a list of places that you have submitted your RSS feeds to? Or would the list be pretty much the same as using Pingoat.com?
