Interesting, I did well with LendingTree, not only for leads as a mortgage broker, but also on hits on link, so it is a name recognition benefit as they have advertised on TV for ages. The no name mortgage deals are not worth the time to put up banner for they do not pull at all in my experience. With subprime issues, the mortgage industry is dead in most areas, so as with all internet incomes, timing is everything. Good luck to all, Mike
