    Write quality content consistently and drive as many traffic as you can to your blog. When your pagerank goes high and when more people will visit your site, your Alexa rank will follow.

    Make some quality posts and try promoting it in regular. Make some link exchange, social bookmarking etc will get you good traffic, alexa rank increases if you have good number of visitors. so if you do the things you will get some good rank :)
