Tips need on cutting down bandwidth with phpproxy

    Hello,

    I started running php proxy 0.4 -3 days ago, i have used up 1.5gb of bandwidth meaning 500mb a day. Is there anyway i can cut down on the bandwidth usage? I mean the proxy is growing about 100 + uniques a day. I think 500mb a day is a bit too much? I had a total of 347 uniques today and this much bandwidth is used..

    Need some help. Thanks

    Here's some ideas that may work:

    1) Ensure that outgoing traffic is compressed
    2) Implement a caching scheme
