I have several methods which you can use to prevent your paypal from being limited. For starters please login to your paypal account. Once you have logged in you will notice this: Click on the link View Limits and it should take you to this page: This page shows your the limits on your paypal. When you hit this limit your paypal will be limited. Before sending and receiving money make sure that this will not hit zero. If it does it will report your paypal account and it may get limited.
