Never tried promoting any forex products, but registered a domain today to give it a try. I will be promoting a single forex product, so this won't be one of those sites that reviews 3-5 products and has one product as the "top pick" or whatever. Not going to spend on PPC. Hoping to use free methods. For those who have experience promoting forex products, what kind of approach is usually best with these types of products? I just can't see how the typical "forex product name review" site converts. Most of the sites I've seen (especially the top ranking ones), it doesn't even feel like I'm reading a "review". But I guess regardless, people still buy into these reviews, lol. Would a "forex product name scam" kind of site work better? If you feel like sharing any tips or advice, please do.
Not to promote them at all? lol Seriously, even if you make some commissions, like half of them will get refunded
Yeah, that's the thing.. The refunds are going to be pretty annoying, but I already bought the domain. Might aswell use it. Maybe I can just setup a new CB account to promote forex products, so the refunds don't affect my main account.
Refund rate of some products related to water4gas, forex is much higher than others. Take serious consideration before you take action. I hope your money won't be lost.
As other members have said watch out for refund rate, I made 21 sales with one product and then got 9 refunds costing me $700 plus. However I still think its worth it for the little effort you have to put in. I would help you however then you would be competing with me, so sorry I wont
Thanks mate really glad you like it the next chapter is going to be published not tomorrow but the day after so watch out for it Anyways seen as I kind of stole the thread there not on purpose but still here are some tips, well not tips just good advice. With MOST forex products you need to get in early on the product. The majority of Forex products have an early life span therefore if you don't get in to it early on you will only receive a trickle of sales and competition can sometimes get quite intense. For example the only Forex products to really have a lasting life span are Forex Megadroid and FAP Turbo, the other hundred or so have come and gone. Get in early make a few sales then get out and start again.
I tried promoting forex product before this and I decided to stop my campaign. You might want to start several niche blogs to promote it. Buy some blog reviews and write some articles and submit them to article directories.
hey, first of all the refundable rate of forex is high and it gets frustrated when you are refunding it but if you think you want to promote it then you should start with blog as you want free methods. make blogs and submit articles on squidoo and wetpaint. It will help you in the ranking on google. Thanks!
Poeple are becoming wary of forex robot review sites. It needs to be authentic with some real value add if you are to get visitors and click throughs.
but it si very risky to invest in forex because as i already said the refund rate is high so be careful and do tel about what you think about my advice man!
Its not risky, only if you are doing PPC. Otherwise the only cost is going to be your time however if your good then you will always make sure you get more sales than refunds. I have been promoting forex products for several weeks now and I have had quite a few refunds however I have had more sales than refunds so overall its been worth my time. You need to look at it from a cost benefit angle, if its worth your time to make 10 sales and 2 refunds or 20 sales and 5 refunds or whatever then go for it.
My advice would be to actively warn others of the risk involved, while still promoting the product. I promote pretty much every forex product on the market and make a good deal of money from it each day while keeping my refund rates ~10%. If people are informed of the risks you will have less refunds and people will be more trusting of your sites in the future. Credibility is key.
yes, thats a good advice, i was also saying that you must follow a strategy and see how capable you are in doubling your sale.Otherwise risk is in every case but be passionate and follow your method cleverly.I also sell that product and got a good response and my refund rate was low. So,keep your good strategy. Thanks
I've had minimal refunds from FX. The only times you get refunds are when you jam the product down someone's throat OR you say stuff like "this will definitaly earn you $10,00000,0000000 with no risk attached" From my exprience, forex is just the same as any market if you sell the products right.
Too much competition for me and too many refund's I agree that warning the people of the risks will lower the refunds but 10% is still too much in my opinion.
the thing that's not mentioned here is that a lot of the forex robot buyers are "professional buyers" ... many of them will buy the robot and straight away run a backtest on it - and if it fails the backtest, then it'll get refunded almost straight away ... some people will do the backtest but even if it fails still elect to run it in demo mode for a couple of weeks ... and if it's still looking bad, refund it then ... basically what i'm saying, which kind of backs up Gallito, a lot of the forex robot buyers are actually quite knowledgable and do very thorough testing when they buy it ...
Yes, I agree. Sold two forex robots yesterday and both got refunded today. Any suggestions what forex products get less refunds nowadays? Personally, i had good results with fapturbo, refunds were about 5%. (sold about 50, refunds 5)
As with any make money product, you will get refunds. But the refund rate is highly correlated to the product quality. If you find a product that is of poor quality or has a badly written sales letter, then don't promote it. I myself have successfully promoted several forex products and this is all I do. I average over $1,000 per month part time promoting just forex product launches. As someone else said "they are too competitive". I would agree partly to this. After forex products launch, everyone jumps on the bandwagon to promote. And after a week, the market is saturated for that product and way too competitive. But this is also true; after a week, the sales go down dramatically on almost any forex product. Over 95% of the sales are going to be made in the first week because of the buzz around the industry on the product. This is why you will see many of the successful forex affiliates promoting these products weeks before its even released. this allows them to create their websites and get ranked on page 1 of google come launch day and they get most of the traffic. I for one have had success doing this. This is why I created the Forex Launch Calendar. This calendar service provides launch day and prelaunch notification to forex affiliates so they can start promoting these forex products before they are even launched. If you wish to check it out, I have made it very affordable, considering you get close to $50 to $100 per affiliate commission. The price of my service is less than $3 per month and we currently have 2 products up on the calendar that will be released in the next two weeks. Hope this helps on your decision to promote, or not to promote forex products on clickbank. Good Luck, D
