For my one site When in google i am giving search like site:w ww.domain.com then it shows me 80 web pages and when i am using site:domain.com it shows me 175 web pages.

What should be the problem with w ww.domain.com ???

And for my other site when i use such different query, it give same number of pages.

No, My dear friend. I have used space here because i don't want to hyper link it.
    Otherwise www.domain.com is hyperlinked.

    www.domain.com is a subdomain of domain.com.

All results of site:www.domain.com should be among the results of site:domain.com, but this site:domain.com should also include results without the leading www..

    My problem is this:

I have a site cuff-daddy.com I have redesigned it before 3 months. What can be the problem that google is not taking all my pages.

When i searched on google site:www.cuff-daddy.com it shows 80 result and when i use site:cuff-daddy.com it shows 170 results from this 170 results some web pages are old. I have more than 250 web pages.

Why google is not taking all new web pages??? I am doing good in yahoo and msn.

google takes time in updating the results for indexed pages and will be long before you see the changes..

To get more of your pages indexed, generate a Google XML Site map and submit to Google. This helps getting all your pages indexed quickly.

I've noticed my site being spidered yesterday and have been cached by searching for my site as follows

    site:www.minesite.com

I don't have a lot of pages as of right now but there are some additional pages besides the index page but only my index page seems to be cached:confused:

What could be the reason for this?
Sorry if i am hijacking this thread but i thought it would fit in nicely;)

BTW, is not my actual site but an example, i noticed the site example i used actually exists, LOL

if you dont include the www. then the results will include all subdomains of the main URL. If you include the www. then it will not include the subdomains.

Every website should 301 redirect domain.com to www.domain.com or vice versa.

Otherwise the PR and backlinks are shared between the two different pages.
