I completely understand the nature of the OPs post, knowing that in Italy there are seo companies that offer indexing of websites as "service" for a 38 USD yearly fee (29 euros) which is plain crazy (and I personally consider it a theft). Even tho even just one of the above mentioned techniques would be enough to get a website indexed faster, it is not necessary, unless you've got some real reason behind having the site indexed today and not tomorrow. Fact is search engines can easily find any new website without problems, once the homepage is indexed the internal pages will follow as the spider crawls the inner pages. One thing I would say is, do not submit your RSS feed to rss feed aggregation sites (especially if you have a full post feed) as those sites have a much higher authority then your sites and chances are they will get the "credit" for the post and not your site.
