Good Domain Authority
Good amount of traffic.
Unique contents with 100% natural and without any spammy links
Good Trust Flow and Citation Flow

 

check his pa/da and yes choose related with your site not use and other site which is not any connection with your site.

First this to keep in mnd is that the website must be related to your niche, then check the Domain authority and page authority it has.
