i think you should start SEO 1st. it will definately help you to increase your site's market status. you can increase the popularity of your site by doing forum posting, article submission and blog commenting. Do some quality back links too.

With an old site of mine regarding my lobbying services, I received some traffic from articles. The traffic wasn't exactly huge in numbers, but it was pure quality. I got some great customers from it. The key was writing about a subject I knew intimately: politics. Not only did I get some targeted traffic that way, but my PR went up 2 numbers in less than a week. This took place around 2007. I'm not sure how relevant this information is today, and I am only now starting to get back into web marketing.

I totally disagree with concentrating on SEO. It's a CPA offer right? If so, SEO is totally useless. Quick ways of bumping up your traffic, find them and mutilate them. Thats the way to earn. I mean, don't be put off by what I'm saying, but SEO is for long term results; quick traffic is contained in what is already said ^
