I was getting a decent deal at $0.70 or even $0.50 per click, now I'm averaging like 11 cents per click.

What am I doing wrong? What can I change?

I dont think your doing anything wrong.. it is probably the ads that is in rotaion.. some ads make more money then others.. I think you should be happy to get clicks.. I get the same results.. some clicks are worth more the others... but I just learn to live with it.. the bright side of it all is I still get paid for the clicks :D

If you have multiple ad units per page, you could try reducing the amount of ads per page...this will cause the higher paying ads to be shown and increase the click amount per ad...in most cases at least.

    - Change your ad placment .
    - Use less ads and only on hot spots where more clicks come .
    - Try to have more traffic .
    - Wait for the next month it may get better .

    Probably smart pricing.

wissam: ad placement and more traffic has got nothing with CPC. ;)

I didn't say nothing about number of ads. But he mentioned those two things separately. ;)

Could be smart pricing. Are the ads you have really well targeted for the users on your site? do you frequently have users that click multiple ads? I find these two are often signs of smart pricing - ads that may not be very well targeted for the site, and users that go through a couple of ads before finding something else they dont close down in 5-10 seconds.

Yeah... getting low cents for your hard earned clicks sucks, but that's google for you. I have days where I earn twice as much with half the clicks as other days.
