Anyway it's been up for about 1 day now and I've already had a sale so I'm very happy Gotta start somewhere right? I made $0.28 from a $4.xx dollar sale. And of course checking it out the item purchased had nothing to do with my store but they got my cookie Anyway how about some tips to increase clicks and earnings? Thanks! So far I am posting on forums with my link in the signature and I posted about it on CL. Anything else I can do?
I purchased http://www.jce-tech.com/ebay.php It's basically a simple template that preplaces your adsense ads and ebay rss. It's really easy to set up and the only problem I had was that for some reason the configuration tool would not use my Website name that I gave it. So I just left it blank and photoshopped the header And so far like I said I've referred through sigs on various forums and through a CraigsList post!
It looks good though. How did you approach the Craigslist posting? Just mention you had some stuff available, and include the url to the site? Any pictures?
I put some time into my postings. Basically a short paragraph telling people they can buy from us and try to ease them with things like safe, reliable, fast, etc. I also list a couple of the popular categories like Wii, Xbox 360. I usually include the link right before the category list and right after it.
