    I wouldn’t call it a rule :p
I’m a Aussies we don’t have such a tipping system, the only exemption that I can think of would be like I said before a pizza delivery boy maybe.. and one other one that I would tip for sure if they treat me right and to a good job would be a Tattoo artist :)

(I love boxers too, I have my forth in a row and don't want to change.)

Yes, I liked Lisbon very much, and I tipped because I had that impression, I don't know, maybe I was just lucky, but that's a good reason to tip.

In the US it appears expected and that's something you get used to, but I don't really like that, as a customer of course.

um as i said you dont tip in china... there isnt a service charge either. And if there is then that service charge never gets to waitresses, bus boys, or cooks, or anybody else cept the company owners.

There are a few places where tips are expected and these are generally western places IE: hooters.

about a year and a half ago, we also have burger king, dairy queen, tony romas, taco bell, and about a million starbucks.

no they're not blonde, black hair mostly cept dyes. All good looking but not sure about their hooters.. I have a few friends who work there and they're pretty normal chinese girls, b's and one c cup.
