You might be surprised to know that not all of the people who are liking your FB page updates have liked your FB page. If you click on the likes for each post, next to each person that hasn't yet liked your FB page, you'll see an Invite button, to request they like your page. You can read more about this here: http://impactiv8.com.au/invite-people-who-like-your-facebook-post-to-like-your-page/ I think you'll likely have more success with this if you invite people to like your page within 24 hours of them liking one of your updates.
